Individuals
Everybody can use outTOGETHERcalendar. You can register yourself for free, apply for events and publish events immediately. The more complete your profile the quicker others can find you and you know who else is going.
Groups/ Clubs/ Associations
As an individual user you can create a ‘group’ for free for a club, organization, society, company or just for a group of friends.
Within a ‘group’ you can publish activities and events. You can choose if you want these activities to be publically visible for all outTOGETHERcalendar users or keep them private for your own group.
Companies/ Organisations
outTOGETHERcalendar also offers the opportunity for companies, (umbrella) organisations, schools, associations and societies to have their own portal embedded in our outTOGETHERcalendar. The portal would look the same as the outTOGETHERcalendar but in the look and feel of the organization and with all functionalities.
In the portal you can post events and activities for the members, students, employees, clients, visitors or other target groups. Like this you have all events together and you also offer the possibility for your users to connect one another and do activities together.
Also you can share your events on the publically outTOGETHERcalendar or portals of other organisations. This way you increase your target audience.

How do I register?
Registration is easy and quick, not a huge list, just your basic information is needed, To get started straight away you can go here Register for free or to Registerif you need more help.
How about my privacy?
Of course your privacy is well taken care of at outTOGETHERcalendar. We do follow Dutch guidelines and law (CBP: Dutch privacy protection law). Besides that every user is responsible for his or her own privacy. The information you want to make public or keep private you can adjust yourself with our tool ‘Privacy’ in your own menu. You can choose who can see what. This holds good too for the groups where you are in.

No the basic service is totally free. Also you can post, search and register events for free.
Are there activities around certain events?
Around large events we are stimulating users to offer and post activities which fit the event and call for others to join in. You can think of watching World Football Cup together or visiting ‘Nijmeegse Vierdaagse’, or even start training together for a Marathon? Or how about calling others for a lift to music events?
There are many possibilities to do things together before, during or after larger events. Do you have a great idea? Go to the event and click ‘Post Activity’. The nicest activities will get a special place on the website.
Why is there the outTOGETHERcalendar?
We think it is nicer to do things together, and we like to facilitate this. On the internet you see more and more initiatives to connect with each other like on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter for example. Or you can find pages with just the event information. To really meet each other is often more complicated. You need to find out who it is, send mails, get memberships, pay a fee for ‘dating’ websites.
We like to solve all these issues and make doing things together easy, open and free.

Our main goal is to offer the opportunity, through outTOGETHERcalendar , to get in touch with each other and to meet other people to do an activity together. We like to bring people together in real life.

We are integrating different portals in our website. They focus on for example cities, organisations, interests or themes. All portals have the same options.
Advantages of a Partner Portal
- Members feel at home and safe here because of familiar colours and lay-out. (You can keep the group closed)
- All members in one portal
- Communication is clear because all events are in one place
- Events can be made public in the general outTOGETHERcalendar to reach larger audience
- It is easy to start a new event or project together with other partners
- The support for events is large and quickly set-up. (Think of a supportive site for Eindhoven Marathon, Dutch Design Week, National Strike Day or PinkPop)
- Portal Manager can generate income through advertising or sponsoring (on the portal)
How long does it take to develop a Partner Portal?
